Return/Exchange Policy

1. All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

2. All Delivery Charges Are Non-Refundable.

3. In the event Mattresses and More Grants an Exchange the following apply:

A. Merchandise must not have any stains or damages.
B. Exchange for equal value item or pay balance to upgrade.
C. 5-10% Restocking Fee May Apply depending on Merchandise.
D. Additional Delivery Fees Apply

Mattress Guarantee Program

1. All Closeout Models are sold by the Manufacturer (i.e. Sealy, Simmons, Stearns & Foster, Serta, Spring Air, ETC.) AS IS. This Means Manufacturer Warranty is Void. However, Mattresses and More stands by all "As Is" bedding for 1 Year.

2. A Mattress Protector must be purchased at same time as mattress.

3. Queen & King Mattress Sets must be used with appropriate center support bed frame.

4. Mattress Must NOT HAVE Stains or Damages.

5. Customer Must Retain and Provide receipt upon exchange.

6. Delivery Charges Apply. THERE IS NO COMFORT GUARANTEE! It is the customers responsibilty to select the mattress that is appopriate for his/her comfort level! Mattresses and More Reserves the right to refuse any exchanges on the basis of comfort.
